My friend Veronica Zalis organized a fantastic hop for Autism Awareness day. The cause is near and dear to her heart, as it touches her family personally, and I am happy to be a part of this hop. To learn more about autism, I suggest you visit autismspeaks.org

In honor of Veronica's son Cameron, I used the little boy from Neat and Tangled's Better Together and stamped an uplifting sentiment from So Many Sentiments.

ReplyDeleteI would like to say how much I appreciate that you are participating in this. My son is 12 and he has Aspergers syndrome. He also has aggressive ADHD and it was hard to get the autism diagnosis and therefore to get it treated. This is a wonderful way to raise awareness
ReplyDeleteThis is an amazing card for a child with autism! I may have to find that set. I love this initiative! After homeschooling my 5 children for 27 yrs, I took a job as an EA/TA to a 7yr old boy who was on the autism spectrum. He also had FASD. I was with him for 3 years and LOVED it all! Thank you for bringing forward more awareness of the awesomeness of these children.

Oh, my! This grabs my heart! I wish I had said this more often to my son!!!! This is just darling!!! There were so many hard days. We got through them but our son does carry some scars from the hard days of bullying etc. Thanks so much for sharing this!! I love it!
