Hi there!
I'm thrilled to be taking part in this month's EBE release blog hop! I really loved the products I got to work with - so let's take a closer look!
For my first card, I used sentiments from That Thing You Did, and created a birthday card by borrowing images from Subbing In, Backyard Party, and Good Times:
I made a little underwater scene, and made sure to keep the funny sentiments front and center. I totally thought I'd be handing this to my dad, or my husband, but my 9 year old daughter snapped it up to give to her friend... which made it even more hilarious.
It really doesn't take much to bring the party to any other stamp set: a balloon image, some presents, and cake! and you have a party.
I kept things soft and beautiful for my next card:
I just love this cluster of wildflowers that Brandi designed for In The Weeds. It is large and gorgeous, but because each flower is delicate, it doesn't require a lot of time to color.
I added panels stamped with a soft knit pattern to the top and bottom of the card, and allowed the wilflowers to overhang into the middle space. I stamped a simple sentiment to finish things off.
I hope you like what I created for you today!
Now, onto the fun stuff! GIVEAWAY INFO:
