I have another one to throw into the mix of PTI's "MIM" challenge, and also into the CAS-ual Fridays birthday challenge:
I loved Dawn's little sentiment tab at the top, so I grabbed an old SU punch and transferred the look to my card :) The cupcake is from "baby button bits."
What's with this coughing business? This is such a delightful card. It is a wonderfully refreshing take on the MIM challenge. I really can see your love of sewing here. Just perfect!
ReplyDeleteLove all those colors together and the little cupcake is so sweet. But, it's the doily that totally takes this card from "nice" to "wow".
ReplyDeleteI love these papers and how you put them together...and that is one bossy sentiment. Yes, ma'am. I will eat cake!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet and beautiful. Great idea to shape the papers like you did, and the sewing is a very nice touch. Hope you are feeling better soon.
ReplyDeleteWonderful card, Elena! I love the soft colors together and that your background panel does not fill the entire card base as to let the doily peek out behind.
ReplyDeleteFun card!
