happy birthday! (Lawn Fawn inspiration week)

Welcome to Lawn Fawn's March inspiration week! The design team is showing off different products from the newest release all week long, and we're hoping we inspire you!

Today is our showcase of Offset Sayings: Birthday:

My card for today is very simple, but I hope you'll think it's still fun! I grabbed a piece of the banner patterned paper (from the Hello Sunshine Remix pad) and layered the images on top of it. The images are from Butterfly Kisses, Birthday Before 'n Afters, and Eggstra Amazing Easter.



I colored all of the images using copic markers and then stamped the greeting directly underneath them. I colored the hollow letters using copic markers that matched the ribbon on the presents.

Reveal wheel: friends and family sentiments (Lawn Fawn inspiration week)

Welcome back to another day of Lawn Fawn's June inspiration week. Today, we're showing off the Reveal Wheel: Friends & Family Sentiments stamp set. I created a little woodland magic:

I used images from Oh Gnome, A Little Sparkle, Forest Feast and Birthday Before ‘n Afters to create this birthday scene.



I love the tiny fairies flitting around the cake! I didn't photograph all of the sentiments, but the next segment reads MORE CAKE!

Birthday before 'n afters (Lawn Fawn inspiration week)

Hi there!

It's time for Lawn Fawn's June inspiration week! We're showing off sets and dies from the current collection all week long, so come back every day!

Today we're taking a closer look at Birthday Before 'N Afters. For those of you who love an interactive card but don't always love making them, I left the mechanics behind and just had fun coloring the images:



I used the Peekaboo Backdrop die, and created little scenes within each one. The critters from Butterfly Kisses are here for the party! I love the fox racing in with an extra candle!

The little bit of confetti help to unify all of the story-book panels. I also did some very subtle ink blending using a light blue ink to tie everything together.

That bear looks like he's had 5 slices, haha. He's just chillin' at the end of the party. I colored the slices in muted rainbow colors, for a fun surprise inside.
