Special delivery! (Lawn Fawn Valentine release week)

Welcome to Lawn Fawn's Valentine release week! We're showing off products from the upcoming release all week long, and everything will hit the store on December 10th.

Today, we're showing off Special Delivery:

I thought it would be fun to use all of the accessories on other critters. I grabbed the recently promoted Germ-Free Bear, and another from Snow Much Fun, and outfitted them to be delivering all the love mail. 

I set them all against a Stripey Backdrop and grounded them with a thick sentiment banner.

Aloha! (Lawn Fawn inspiration week)

Hi there!

Welcome back to another day of this month's Lawn Fawn inspiration week. Today, we're showing off the Scripty Aloha die - perfect for breezy summer cards.

I sponged the same ink color onto the Scripty Aloha die-cut and the Stripey Backdrop.

I backed the Aloha sentiment with a strip of sandy beach, and used palm trees to flank either side of my ocean scene.



I sponged a yellow sunny sky and then used the Ocean Hillside Pop-up dies and the Ocean Wave Accents to create an ocean home for the shark from Duh-nuh.

Hang in there (Lawn Fawn inspiration week)

Hi there!

We're showing off this lazy sloth today, from Hang In There.  I've already put him on another card this week (click! if you missed it.)

I kept this one pretty simple, The black and white stripey backdrop provides the perfect pop for a more simple card.



One little tricky thing I did: I added a few more Os to the end of the HELLLOO - I needed it to look more full in the banner, and I really just thought it'd make him sound extra slothful. It wasn't even as tricky as I'm making it out to be. I inked up the last few vowels only and carefully stamped them on the end.

Wedding flowers (Lawn Fawn inspiration week)

Hi there!

Here's the thing. My cousin is getting married in July, and I've been tasked with making the wedding cards. Allll of the wedding cards. Like, from me, my sisters' families, and my parents. Here's the first.

I used Lawn Fawn's Fab Flowers to make this simple (and I hope elegant) wedding card.



I stamped the flowers in soft ink colors (stamping off onto a piece of scrap paper first so that the solid image would be even lighter.) Then, I added some loose shading with copic markers. The inks are water-based, so there was some bleeding, but that was part of the look.
