a few of my favorite things.

Caution: do not stare at tags for prolonged periods of time.  polka dot background may cause extreme dizziness and some nausea.

ha.

I am writing up this blog post from the hospital, where my eldest daughter is recovering from her double-knee surgery.  I am so pleased to be able to say that the surgery was successful, and that my brave girl is recovering slowly but surely.  If you'd like to see little snapshots of our time in the hospital, search for me on instagram (mom2sofia).

Back to our new lawnscaping challenge!  This one is a great challenge: use some of your favorite supplies and techniques to create your project.

I used a few of my favorite supplies: lawn fawn stamps, masking paper, distress ink, copic markers.

And of course, my favorite technique: masking.

I hope you like my project and decide to add your own to our pool!  This challenge is sponsored by Simon Says Stamp:
